All of our auction terms are basiclly the same from one location to ne next t. with stae law exceptions, and are always read from the podium and supersede any prior written or verbal terms:

all items are sold as is where is without exceptions. no warranty nor guaranty is expressed nor implied! there is a 15% buyers fee added to every bid if bidding online there is a 5% fee additionally. sales tax in most states are required by state law unless you provide us with a hard copy for our records, removal times differ from sale to sale see auctioneer, any person or thier guest are solely responsible for personal ijury, property damages cause by them, theft, & bid rigging \ pooling will not be tolerated. we accept cash, known checks, credit cards, & paypal. any person asked to leave is permenant and can never teturn to any sale anywhere. ma lic#2548 RI, Ct, & Ny,do not have license boards
